Books - Arts Activities Wanted:

Policy for Volunteers -- Skyrock Forest Arts (SFA) -- All SectionsMarch 11, 2003
PRIVACY 2. Volunteers shall respect the privacy of Associates, of other volunteers, and of all persons who are part of GWHCA and SFAinc. Personal information such as e-mail addresses and anything that is not publicly posted, should not be passed along without permission. 2-A. Anyone found to deliberately or recklessly violate the privacy of others, may be suspended by the current volunteer manager and may be expelled by the SFAinc board of directors based solely on their assessment. 2-B. An e-mail of each volunteer shall be made available to all volunteers. Each volunteer shall provide an e-mail to the volunteer manager, for the purpose of informing other volunteers. (This is a protection for volunteers, who can talk to each other without talking to the manager. It enables individual volunteers to compare notes on any problem he or she might have with a volunteer manager, director, or officer of SFAinc.) POSITIVE COMMUNICATION DISPUTES 4-A. The final arbiter for disputes is the SFAinc board of directors. POINTS 5-A. Points may be used to purchase items Published or Produced by SFAinc on terms of ten points equals one dollar (10 points = $1). 5-B. Points may be used to apply for Membership in SFAinc on terms that one thousand (1,000) points shall be sufficient for membership. 6. Volunteers in any section of SFAinc activity may cross over and volunteer in other sections of SFAinc under direction of section managers. March 11, 2003 |
